Refunds

All sales are final for all delivery and take -out orders.  If an order is placed online and delivered or picked up for take -out, there are no exchanges or refunds.

 

 For all purchases that are ordered and eaten at Nattiya's Thai Restaurant, customer must notify the server of any dissatisfaction after the meal has been served at the table for there to be a consideration of an exchange and therefore has no relation to any online, delivery, or pick up orders, and the policy stated on Nattiya's Thai website is a separate policy to online orders.
